While in Munich I went to Dachau, and of course it had to be a cold, rainy, and overcast day. The nazi's first concentration camp still stands as a scary reminder of the tyranny. It's tough to explain the experience of visiting a camp were tens of thousands were murdered but something I believe everyone should see for themselves...
A Picture a Day (Studying Abroad in Italy)
I'll be trying to take at least a picture a day while I study abroad in Italy so everyone can keep in touch and check up on what I've been doing real quick. I'll hopefully add in some posts as well for great stories.

The Santa Maria del Poppolo in Piazza di Poppolo
Yesterday we made our trip to Castel Sant'Angelo and then walked over to Piazza di Poppolo for some amazing views of the Piazza and Rome. We went into all the churches on the Piazza and inside the Santa Maria was unbelievable flowing marble statues as high as the ceiling and some very famous frescos by Caravaggio such as the Crucifixion of St. Peter and Conversion on the Way to Damascus. It was amazing.
